Job Title: Healthcare Data Analyst
Reporting to: Chief Digital and Informatics Officer

About the Position:
The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex healthcare data — including Value-Based Care metrics, claims data, and electronic medical records — to support data-driven decision-making, improve patient outcomes, and drive program enhancements. Working closely with the Chief Digital and Informatics Officer, the role plays a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that optimize healthcare operations and inform strategic initiatives.

Physical demands: In the work environment described, position requires sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer and a telephone for prolonged periods of time and good eye/hand coordination, bending and stretching for filing, and physical stamina to lift and transport a minimum of 10 pounds. Visual acuity to review written materials is required for this job. Additionally, this position requires meeting the public and the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
Work environment: Work is performed full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. The role requires working in an open setting near colleagues and occasional visits to other office locations or meeting spaces. The noise level is typically low to moderate. A flexible schedule including occasional evening and weekend work hours and some local travel will be required. This position will also require up to 30% travel for implementation and optimization of virtual care platforms.
