Position Summary Join GSK as an Apprentice in Poland. You will gain hands-on experience supporting day-to-day operations and projects. You will work with colleagues across functions and learn practical skills in administration, communication, and basic data tools. We value curiosity, teamwork, and a wish to grow. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Support day-to-day administrative activities, including calendar management and meeting logistics. - Prepare clear documents, basic reports and presentation slides for internal use. - Organise travel and manage simple expense processes in line with policy. - Help collect, clean and organise data using Excel for routine tasks and reports. - Communicate with internal teams and external providers to keep activities on track. - Take part in training sessions and follow a learning plan to develop technical and professional skills. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - High school diploma or equivalent qualification. - Good written and spoken Polish and working knowledge of English. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to learn and take direction from mentors and managers. - Able to work on-site in Poland; role is on-site with some potential for hybrid working as agreed. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Previous internship or administrative experience in an office environment. - Experience preparing presentations or basic reports using Excel and PowerPoint. - Interest in healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain or technology. - Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships. - Eagerness to take on new tasks and grow within the organisation.
