Overview

Ensure smooth operation, inspection, and compliance of Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems to support revenue protection and passenger service.

Your role

• Inspect and monitor fare gates, TVMs, validators, and AFC systems.
• Identify faults and coordinate with maintenance/OEM teams.
• Support revenue protection and prevent fare evasion.
• Assist passengers with ticketing and card issues.
• Maintain inspection logs, reports, and system performance data.
• Monitor AFC systems via software/SCADA tools.

About you

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / IT.
• 5+ years in metro/rail AFC or ticketing systems.
• Experience with smart cards, contactless payments, ticketing machines.
• GCC/metro project experience preferred.

• AFC systems (Gates, TVM, TOM).
• Basic troubleshooting & system monitoring.
