Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing solutions to work-related problems. A typical day in this role involves collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, developing and testing applications, and troubleshooting issues. With your expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, you will contribute to the success of our projects and help drive innovation in our organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Design, develop, and customize applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of applications. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality or performance. - Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Lightning Web Components features and best practices. - Assist in the deployment and migration of applications across environments. - Document technical specifications and maintain accurate documentation of application changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and architecture. - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and RESTful APIs. - Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex Salesforce issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
