Job Overview

Responsible for the monitoring regional Commercial Operations KPIs and to work with countries to find ways of improvement.  Provides expertise and guidance on operational activities and processes, ensuring IQVIA best practices are adhered to.  Supports incentive plans and programs activities, including plans setup, communication and calculation.  Run regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Essential Functions

Sales Incentives

  • Clear understanding and knowledge of IQVIA sales incentive policies and provide expertise, support, and consultation on incentive matters to regional and local teams
  • Check incentive plans and programs in compliance with company policy
  • Support the timely administration of incentive compensation for assigned EMEA RBU teams
  • Participate in the process to develop and direct the compensation strategy in alignment with the defined EMEA Go-To-Market objectives
  • Prepare defined reports & KPIs for various levels of sales leadership & business
  • Support the expansion of Varicent Incentive & Compensation software in EMEA

Reporting

  • Run regular and ad-hoc reports on Commercial Operations metrics and Sales Teams performance
  • Update sales performance trackers
  • Work with the business and technical teams to automate trackers update processes

Commercial Operations

  • Creation of alerts and review / follow up of action plans according to the problems identified and metrics improvement, (eg. utilization and timecard failures)
  • Manage the Finance & Commercial Opps sharepoint

Operational excellence

  • Support operational excellence initiatives with data gathering and analyzes to support the decision-making process. (eg. Enterprise Pricing Initiative and Discount approval automation)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Capable to transform raw data
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • High communication skills, organized, and high level of self-initiative and autonomy.
  • Demonstrate the highest degree of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
  • Capacity to work in multicultural team environment and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills in highly complex situations.
  • Experience in matrixed /hybrid sales organizations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
  • Previous experience in PowerBI, creating data visualizations and dashboards is a plus.
