The opportunity
Are you passionate about inspiring and motivating others? At Hitachi Energy, we're seeking a Business Transformation Engagement Specialist to join our HVDC unit's transformation team. We support our organization through rapid growth and scaling, ensuring effective strategy implementation and the adoption of new ways of working.
You'll play a crucial role in coordinating and enhancing our transformation efforts and driving involvement, and engagement of our leaders and employees throughout our growth and scaling journey. Your role will include managing communication flows, fostering dialogue, planning and executing events, and guiding and coaching transformation leaders.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of our organizational change initiatives and get the opportunity to work in a dynamic team of highly experienced professionals. Your work will have a significant impact on the company's success and growth, ensuring that our strategies are effectively implemented and that our teams successfully navigate and embrace change.
How you’ll make an impact
Take ownership of our "Strategy Dialogue Platform," optimizing its use and content.
Coordinate communication and communication flows, plan and execute events, and guide presenters.
Develop messaging and a variation of high-quality communications materials to ensure effectiveness.
Facilitate workshops and coordinate seminars.
Organize and manage employee events, both virtual and physical.
Coach and guide various stakeholders on transformation communications
Your background
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in employer branding, communication, learning, or change management.
Proficiency with Office tools, especially PowerPoint, and digital communications.
You have good communication skills with a pedagogical approach and the ability to coach others.
Adaptable to change and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, with an interest in exploring and developing new ways of working.
You are collaborative, self-motivated, and proactive.
