Responsibilities:

• Technical support of AGV systems, including shift-based troubleshooting and issue resolution, to ensure smooth material flow and continuous production operations.
• Training, technical guidance, and coordination of employees in the use of AGV systems.
• Resolution of process disruptions; support in root‑cause analysis of technical issues and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
• Central point of contact for production and logistics regarding AGV systems.
• Monitoring and control of the AGV fleet (tasks, status, faults, battery).
• Prioritization and coordination of transport orders to ensure material flow.
• Alignment of transports with production schedules, cycle times, and transfer points from SAP, MES, forklifts, and empties handling.
• Analysis and correction of false triggers in ordering and replenishment processes.
• Contribution to process optimization, error analysis and testing, software updates, and system changes.
• Support in the implementation of new AGVs and further development of existing systems.
• Maintain and update master data, routes, control logic, and dispatching/dispatch control settings.

Qualifications:

• Completed technical training, ideally with further qualification in automation technology or electrical engineering.
• Basic understanding of IT/OT communication (WLAN, MQTT/OPC UA, interfaces, basic networking).
• Experience working with ERP/MES systems, combined with strong IT affinity and process-oriented thinkgng.
• Ideally, understanding of IT/OT communication (WLAN, MQTT/OPC UA, interfaces, basic networking).
• Ideally, initial experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC).
• Experience in production, production logistics, material flow control, or control room operations.
• Strong communication skills and ideally experience in providing technical guidance to employees.
