We are looking for a passionate and experienced New Business Representative focused on the sales of industrial abrasive products. This position will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and driving the sales of the company's products in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop potential customers and establish and maintain stable customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand market demand and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Introduce and promote the company's industrial abrasive products to customers, providing technical support and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Participate in industry exhibitions and events to enhance the company's brand awareness.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial product sales, with experience in abrasive product sales preferred.
• Experience in the metal industry is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently develop business.
• Strong market analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in English reading and writing.
