YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
Potential responsibilities will include: 
• Managing daily, monthly, quarterly and annual labor management including attendance and overtime tracking.
• Supporting the Finance Team with monthly payroll closing.
• Collaborating and working closely with internal and external stakeholders (vendors) on labor management.
• Leading different annual labor management projects including employee health check up and supporting employees with the year-end tax adjustment.
• Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding and off-boarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training programs.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Staying informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and practices.
• Supporting and Coordinating hiring projects and process.

- 月次ペイロールオペレーション管理及びファイナンスチームサポート
- 労務管理に関する社内外の利害関係者との業務連携
- 人事周り書類作成、入社時オリエンテーションの実施、研修プログラムの調整など、新入社員の入社・退社プロセスの調整・コーディネーション
- 人事方針、手続き、プログラムに関する従業員への指導とサポート
- 人事データベース管理- 労働基準法や規制の変更に関する社内外調整・コミュニケーションサポート
- 人事方針、プロセス、慣行の策定と改善に貢献
- 採用プロセスのコーディネーション

YOU HAVE
• Proven experience as a Payroll & HR Labor Specialist or a similar role.
• Experience managing the whole payroll process.
• Managing different types of labor issues and documents.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Familiarity with any HRIS software and other HR-related tools.
• Strong understanding of local labor law.
• Native Japanese language proficiency
• Communicative level of English would be nice to have
