Job Summary
• This role is responsible for scoping and defining the technical design, driving execution and delivery of a software feature, solution, or product. The role serves as the bridge between cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and R&D. The role refines the requirements and distributes work into logical customer valued deliverables, and opportunistically identifies synergies with organization's existing systems.

Responsibilities
• Supports execution of multiple technical projects or programs in support of the continuing evolution of the organization's software products.
• Leads end-to-end project or program lifecycles, from initiation to completion, while ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
• Defines project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develops project plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Performs program analysis, manages risk, identifies and influences necessary course corrections, and communicates program status and activities across multiple levels of management.
• Continuously assesses and improves the processes that comprise the software development lifecycle.
• Manages risks and resolves issues that affect release, scope, schedule, and quality.
• Defines and tracks key metrics and performance indicators and drives cross-functional execution of program deliverables.
• Leads post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
• Provides oversight and planning to design and planning implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

The base pay range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
