About the Role

Perform case setup for Group business as per stipulated in rules and requirements (Business and technical)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical skillset

Maintenance the product rules into Core system

Premium method –System formula Benefit template. Product rules and definition Commission scale. Premium rate table Basic AML rules.

Business rules

Understand all CS product features and contract terms for Package Products (intermediate level) and Tailor-Made Products (basic level)

Able to review and study all the package products’ brochures and standard policy contracts to make sure system can cater to the business needs .Product rules (medical, out-patient, term life and PA) follow package products’ brochure / policy wording. Plan matrix with enrollment design. Policy period with billing mode formula Basic Premium method formula Admin fee, capitation Fees, wakalah fees and stamp duty structure by different channel (direct, tied agent, broker, corporate agent & partnership distribution) Commission structure formula different channel (direct, tied agent, broker, corporate agent & partnership distribution) Work with Third party administration (TPA)

Enquiries / Coordination / Training

  • Handle all internal enquiries regarding to product benefits.
  • Coordinate in day-to-day workforce planning and annual leave planning.
  • Conduct training for new joiners on basic technical knowledge of the core systems.
  • Prepare daily productivity report.

Workflow – Case360

  • Act as processors to verify instructions from workflow, and check that the rates / benefits sold / plan structure / premium rates / medical arrangements follow the guidelines and are correct before proceeding to perform case setup into the core systems.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Advance Diploma and 2-3 years related working experience in the insurance industry.
  • Possess a sense of urgency and commitment to meet performance targets.
  • Highly independent and can work well in a team-based environment
