About the role

As a Sr Program Manager on our team, you will help ideate and operationalize product features, execute and lead go-to-market plans, to drive improve transaction outcomes across our Seller partner network.

Some examples of what you can expect:

  • Lead root cause analysis on existing processes and develop new templates, tools, and playbooks to drive operational efficiency and success

  • Support product expansion to new partners and customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to align on appropriate assumptions and market characteristics, while designing best in class processes to achieve scale

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute go-to-market plans to significantly grow our partner network.

  • Keep programs on track by communicating with stakeholders, managing partners (both internal and external), identifying dependencies, surfacing risks and help needed, identifying mitigation plans, and communicating progress against goals.

  • Provide clear and concise communication to management, business partners, and peers across the business

  • Lead regular rhythm-of-business processes for the team, such as quarterly and annual planning, monthly business reviews, and goal/OKR tracking

  • Exercise significant personal discretion in the strategy and implementation of net-new business practices that serve internal and external customers and partners.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $103,200.00 - $164,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

  • A strong track record as a Program Manager in a tech environment, with at least 7+ years of experience managing large scale initiatives

  • Excellent project management skills; ability to independently manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguous problems, align business partners, and hold partners accountable for deliverables

  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and SQL proficiency preferred

  • Data-oriented and hypothesis-driven; comfortable structuring tests to learn and using findings to iterate and scale programs

  • Flexibility in both thinking and working: when the current path is blocked, you find a way through or around it.

  • Clear and concise communication across a broad range of partners and stakeholders, including senior leadership
