The Senior Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing DDI’s most strategic and high-value brand accounts. This role focuses on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts, and ensuring maximum brands satisfaction. As a senior member of the team, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide strategic guidance internally to align DDI's solutions with client objectives.
What You'll Do
Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts such as FMCG, Home and Living, and Electronics, ensuring high levels of retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership value.
Strategic Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify expansion opportunities, upsell relevant DDI products/services, and negotiate renewals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture deep relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables and resolve escalations efficiently.
Market & Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans detailing growth strategies, potential risks, and resource allocation for each key account.
Who You Are
Proven experience as a Senior Key Account Executive or similar role in the e-commerce distribution and enablement.
Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
