INTRODUCTION:
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to join our North American fitness industry sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building strong client relationships from scratch. Your role will be instrumental in driving business growth by proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities while prioritizing customer needs.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Proactively identify and pursue new business through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, social)
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with client needs
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to meet revenue targets
Collaborate with marketing/product teams on messaging and collateral
Provide client feedback to inform product enhancements
Work with customer success for seamless onboarding
Manage detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting
Represent ABC at industry events
Complete quarterly business plans and expense reports
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
5+ years managing mid-level accounts or fitness industry experience
Proven top-tier performance (top 25% ranking)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales including outbound lead generation
Experience with BANT, SPIN, or Challenger methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability managing complex sales cycles
Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft or similar
Ability to work independently in fast-paced remote environment
Familiarity with North American health/fitness industry strongly preferred
