Job Summary
FTC - End July 2027. This role is responsible for providing governance and oversight on all contract requests entering the Service Transition and Contract Management processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance. It requires ongoing engagement with these departments to stay aligned with evolving requirements, processes, procedures, and systems. The position involves tracking and managing CDW’s service agreements, ensuring they are created, amended, and renewed efficiently and on time, while also facilitating customer billing for these agreements. In addition, the role will focus on building strong relationships across multiple internal business areas to support collaboration and effective delivery.
