Job Description:

This job is primarily responsible for Logistic, invoicing, dispatching material activities and communication with customers.

What you’ll do:

Dispatch Planning:

Coordinate with Sales, Planning and Customers for Dispatch planning.

Freight Management:

Negotiate with Transporters for vehicle placement at Optimized freight. Utilize LoRRi Platform

Build PAN India Transporter Pool.

Ensure transporters payments on time.

Invoice Management:

Prepare and issue invoices promptly and accurately.

Review and verify invoice details, including billing addresses, product descriptions, and pricing.

Ensure all invoicing processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Customer Communication:

Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and resolve the same

Maintain professional and effective communication with customers to ensure customer delight and on time receivables.

Process Improvement:

Keep a track of vehicle TAT and optimize the same.

Work on projects to improve efficiency of department.

Work with Internal and External Auditors and ensure compliance

What you need to succeed:

• Any Graduate with certification in Supply Chain Management/ Material Management, Logistics
• 5 to 10 Years of experience
