PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. The Budtender is responsible for creating a world-class customer experience for all customers. The Budtender will promote a positive, customer service-oriented, and compliant work environment This position is accountable for executing initiatives that achieve all hospitality goals at the retail PharmaCann location.
The Budtender is responsible for compliance with all policy and procedures and all other operational objectives of the business., as well as executing visual standards and presentation needs to customer requirements, product performance, along with sales and marketing objectives. The Budtender must be passionate about their role and have a strong willingness to help people become educated about cannabis.
Starting pay for this full time role is $19/hour

This employee is frequently required to stand for long periods of time, walk constantly, use hands or feet, reach with hands and arms.
