Role Summary:
The Digital Cloud Solution Architecture (DCSA) Manager leads a team of Digital Cloud Solution Architects (DCSAs) supporting Microsoft’s Azure Customer Success motion across Corporate customers.
This role is accountable for driving Azure consumption growth, milestone execution, and customer transformation outcomes through strong technical leadership, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment with Microsoft stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of DCSAs (10+)
- Drive execution through daily, weekly, and monthly business rhythms
- Coach team on technical depth, execution, and customer engagement
- Drive Azure consumption (ACR) and workload expansion
- Partner with Microsoft stakeholders to accelerate milestones and pipeline
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build relationships with DSS, CSA, and partners
- Guide architecture discussions aligned to business outcomes
- Ensure milestone ownership, tracking, and completion
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
- Coach on Azure architecture best practices across IaaS, PaaS, Data, AI
- Support solution design and deployment acceleration
- Own forecasting of ACR and pipeline
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Support customer adoption and transformation initiatives
- Influence senior stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in technical architecture, consulting, or technical sales
- Relevant certifications
- 2+ years cross-team leadership
- 3+ years people management
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years Azure experience with degree or equivalent
- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305 or equivalent)
