Job Description

• Controlling CTQ points: following up all CTQ points during manufacturing of Core building, CCA, tanking & final assembly. Recording violation of IH and WI during manufacturing.
• Supporting internal audits and Inspections: He support in regular audits and quality inspections of manufacturing processes and materials to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.
• Data Collection: He also supports in collecting data for Dust, humidity and temperature on daily basis for confirming clean room environment for manufacturing.
• In-process inspection: Leading for routine inspection on all workstations in CB, CCA, tanking and final assembly area.
• Problem-Solving: Provides the technique and guidance for unidentified issues occurs during manufacturing after consulting with team members.
• Documentation and Reporting: He maintains quality document, including inspection reports, quality check sheets, gate points and etc. as and when needed.

Qualification:

• Should have more than 7 years of experience in Transformer manufacturing industry in IN Process Quality control with BE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical background
