Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Strong RPA skills with experience in full project development, implementation, deployment, and production support using UiPath’s Enterprise RPA Platform.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.
  • UiPath Advanced Developer Certification preferred, although Associate Developer certification may be acceptable with relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end execution of various processes using mainly Unattended bots. Experience with Attended, Development, and non-production bots is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum work environment.
  • Experience designing bots/workflows with excellent exception-handling mechanisms.
  • In-depth knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, session management, Queues, Schedules, Jobs, Logs, and debugging of process solutions.
  • Experience in structured and pattern-based data extraction using web data extraction and exporting data to Excel or a Database.
  • Broad knowledge of the entire spectrum of UiPath products - Insight, Automation Hub, AI-Fabric, Document Understanding, etc.
  • Developing robotic process automations according to published governance frameworks and standards.
  • Participating in production release meetings in preparation for production deployments and scheduling of processes.
  • Performing unit testing prior to releasing automation for UAT.
  • Reviewing logs, troubleshooting failures, and collaborating with Business Process Analysts and Developers to implement potential improvements and resolve production issues.
  • Monitoring and maintaining existing automations in production, ensuring the reliability and performance of deployed bots.
  • Handling production incidents, root cause analysis, and implementing permanent fixes to reduce recurring failures.
  • Enhancing monitoring and alerting mechanisms for proactive issue identification and resolution.
  • Documenting and maintaining operational support procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in software development
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 6+ years of UiPath experience preferred 1+ year acceptable with strong production support exposure.
  • AS400, SAP Integration Experience
  • Experience with production support processes, incident management, and change management.
  • Process modeling experience using MS Visio or other tools.
  • Solid knowledge of modern programming languages (e.g., VB.net, Python, Java) preferred.
  • Experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL), and application development preferred.
  • Experience with PowerShell preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues in production environments.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$101,000.00 - $152,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
