Business Analyst

Location: Ealing

Full Time

Salary up to £40,000 per annum, plus,

40  hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)

Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!

The primary goal of this role is to enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and support decision-making processes within the repairs and maintenance operations.

Supporting our repairs and maintenance division by analysing operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and driving data-informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the social housing sector and experience in managing and optimising repairs and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, efficiencies, and performance gaps in repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with operational teams to review and streamline end-to-end processes, ensuring service delivery is effective and efficient.
  • Systems Management: Support the implementation and management of business systems related to repairs, maintenance, and housing management systems (e.g. MCM, Dynamics, PowerBI and Total Mobile).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders, including operational teams, tenants, and management, to understand needs, define requirements, and provide actionable insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service delivery and compliance against internal and regulatory standards.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of repairs and maintenance services.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure that all processes and activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.

Role Criteria:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the social housing, repairs, or property management sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with housing or management systems and/or repairs management software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations within the social housing sector in England.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Management, or a related field or equivalent.
