Essential Functions

• Acts as the project lead/owner for multiple large and complex projects within a certain industry, geography or technical specialty and is responsible for the talent development and performance of project teams.
• Responsible for managing the relationship for various clients within an industry or technical specialty and has frequent direct contact with client senior level managers and executives.
• Contributes to the growth of the business in the area of specialty and is responsible for meeting delegated revenue targets via leading the opportunity identification phase and managing the proposal development and presentation delivery for new business opportunities.
