Desired Talent and Role:
We are seeking a Professional Services Sales specialist who can propose consulting services to maximize the value of Adobe solutions.
The Professional Services Sales role involves accurately identifying both the explicit and latent challenges of existing and new clients, and proposing and selling the most suitable consulting services. This position requires strong communication skills and leadership, as it involves close collaboration with internal teams to create proposals, define project scopes/deliverables, estimate required resources, and plan schedules.

プロフェッショナルサービスセールスは既存及び新規クライアントの抱える顕在・潜在的課題を的確に捉え、最適なコンサルティングサービスを提案・販売します。社内関係部署と密な連携をしながら提案書やプロジェクトスコープ/成果物、必要なリソース算出やスケジューリングなどを行う為、高いコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップが求められます。
具体的な職務内容:
担当するアカウントチーム(ライセンス営業、コンサルタント、CSMなど)と連携しながらセールス活動をリードし、既存のコアとなる顧客1-2社を対象に、コンサルティングサービスの提案、クロージング活動を中心に担っていただきます。コンサルティングサービス提案時の売上と、その後のコンサルティングデリバリー品質管理の両方をKPIとして持っていただきます。
顧客の課題仮説を自ら発掘し、それを論理的に構造化した上でさらにアドビのコンサルティングサービスのバリューを加えてドキュメントを作成していく能力が求められます。
