Terminal Operations Center (TOC) is part of Circle K Global Fuels Terminal, which is responsible for the operations and maintenance of all Circle K operated Terminals globally – in Scandinavia, Baltics, Ireland, and USA.

Circle K Terminal Latvia in Riga is looking for a professional who will join our Terminal Operations Center as:

TERMINAL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

THE ROLE

In this role, you would gain knowledge and skills to work with fuel supply chain and terminal technical and administrative systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Monitor terminal safety - alarms, security, and access controls;
• Organize and support operational tasks – ship and railway import procedures, cross-country deliveries, driver support;
• Support terminal operations in internal and external (national) systems;
• Ensure safety and quality control in daily operations;
• Ensure effective communication with other departments, stakeholders, and customers;
• Support development and automatization of different systems and markets.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Preferably has higher education (can be in the process of acquiring) or experience in a similar role;
• Fluency in Latvian and English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA;
• Knowledge of the German language will be considered an advantage for communication with colleagues in Germany;
• Willingness to work on a 24/7 schedule – day, night, and weekend shifts;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with various systems;
• Team player mindset with analytical thinking skills and a hands-on approach;
• Detail oriented and self-driven personality.
