Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled  Mission Management System Engineer to support the design, integration, and validation of advanced Mission System solutions for airborne platforms. The role focuses on system-level engineering,  SW solution and integration within complex avionics architectures.

Key Responsibilities

•             Contribute to the design and development of Mission Systems at System and subsystem level;

•             Support integration and verification of Mission Computer with avionics and mission systems;

* Support integration and verification of Mission Computer on ground and inflight at helicopter level

•             Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, system engineering)

•             Participate in system reviews, documentation, and technical trade-off analyses

•             Ensure compliance with performance, safety, and reliability requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•             Degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic, Electric, Telecommunication or Automation Engineering; Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering)

•             knowledge of Real Time Safety Critical Embedded SW development aspects;

•             SW design and development methodologies (Model Based design, Matlab/Simulink modeling and testing);

•             knowledge of C/C++, ADA programming languages;

•             Familiarity with avionics or complex embedded systems;

•             Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills;

•             Ability to work effectively in team-based, technical environments;

•             Good knowledge of spoken and written English

•             knowledge of Mission System sensors such us Radar, Datalinks, Armament suite, EW, E/O turret, Radios and Communications systems, Surveillance Systems, Mission Console;

Preferred Qualifications

•             Experience with Mission Sensor Systems, Automatic Target Recognition technique using the AI

•             Knowledge of modeling and simulation tools

•             Understanding of system integration and verification activities

•             Familiarity with requirements management tools

•             Project management skills

•             Strong problem solving capabilities and proactive customer satisfaction approach

•             Team working and leading in a cross-functional and geographical team

•             Inclination to work in line with standards, rules and objectives

•             Thorough understanding of the entire software development life-cycle

  • Interest in Human Machine Interface (HMI) aspects
  • Interest in new technology applied to the rotorcraft, Multidomain and Data fusion.
