What will you do?

  • The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups.
  • Also, maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.
  • Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. 
  • Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue.
  • Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.
  • Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.
  • Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.
  • Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.
  • Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required.
  • 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus).
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.
  • Use of various software and computer applications, such as Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, SAS, APO and Microsoft Office programs, required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals.
  • Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities.

Preferred:

  • Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus).
  • Solving Problem Oriented.
  • Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
