Job Summary
The Director, Technology & Product, Project Integration is a strategic, execution-focused leader accountable for delivering the T&P People Experiences 2026 agenda. This role drives measurable progress across priorities including Engineering Excellence, operating model transformation, Lab Week operations, global ways of working, process automation, and employee experience.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive Integration & Execution
Lead end-to-end integration of key initiatives, transforming how T&P People Experience operates globally
Serve as the central connector across HR (CIEC and Sky), HR COEs, Product, Engineering, IT, Communications, and Finance
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and dependencies across highly matrixed teams
Manage cross-workstream integration, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies
Define and implement program governance, milestones, and reporting
Provide consistent visibility into risks, blockers, and required decisions
Implement change readiness frameworks (e.g., deployment readiness, project health)
Enable Leadership Alignment & Effectiveness
Act as an extension of leadership to drive coordination, alignment, and execution
Provide strategic planning and orchestration support to SLT and executive leaders
Ensure alignment across initiatives; eliminate duplication and prevent conflicts
Lead preparation for key forums (e.g., business reviews, leadership meetings, enterprise events)
Structure inputs and synthesize outputs to enable fast, high-quality decision-making
