About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Dell to drive growth of the Dell portfolio across our partner ecosystem.
This role is responsible for developing strategic partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing joint growth initiatives aligned with vendor and company objectives.
You will act as the key commercial interface between TD SYNNEX, partners, and Dell Technologies.
What You Will Do
Develop and grow the Dell partner landscape.
Build strong relationships through proactive partner engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and drive pipeline creation.
Execute account planning, cross-selling, and partner development initiatives.
Own and manage a pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system.
Lead joint business planning with partners and vendor stakeholders.
Position TD SYNNEX value proposition and Dell solutions portfolio.
Support deal progression and coordinate with presales when needed.
What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience working with Dell solutions or portfolio.
Proven experience in business development or partner sales.
Strong relationship-building and commercial skills.
Understanding of channel sales and distribution models.
Experience using CRM, quoting, and order management tools.
Results-driven with ability to manage targets and pipeline.
Nice to Have
IT distribution or vendor background.
Knowledge of infrastructure, endpoint, or datacenter solutions.
