This role blends analytics, storytelling, and business acumen - connecting global strategy with local market realities. You will empower boutique teams with data-driven insights, enabling them to create exceptional client moments while strengthening client engagement and loyalty.

What you will bring:

  • 5–8 years of experience in client intelligence, CRM, or analytics, ideally within luxury retail or a data-driven environment, with a strong understanding of clienteling and client experience

  • Strong command of CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, SQL, Databricks, Power BI), with the ability to translate business needs into relevant and impactful data solutions

  • Ability to transform complex data into clear, compelling insights and narratives that support decision-making and drive action

  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across teams, engaging stakeholders and empowering boutique teams to adopt data-driven practices

  • A curious, agile and detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for luxury and a strong appreciation of Hong Kong & Macau client dynamics
