About the Role:

The People Strategy & Operations Summer Intern will be an integral part of the People team. This role will gain exposure to and work across a variety of projects and initiatives associated with all aspects of People Strategy & Operations. You will engage in a rotational program working with a variety of team members and supporting a variety of projects across Workday Operations, People Insights (reporting, data & analytics), People Operations, and People Team PMO.

This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.

You Will:

  • Complete specific project based work across each of our People Strategy & Operations areas of practice including but not limited to:
  • Assist with our Workday optimization project including data, insights and reporting.
  • Work across aspects of our People Operations (employee experience enhancement projects, employee documentation & resources, ServiceNow technology).
  • Gain technical understanding and assist with projects associated with our People team systems such as ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Participate in various People Team strategic initiatives and projects.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, including Google Sites and Forms
