The Director of Digital Advertising position leads an experienced team to drive growth for Pattern and its partners. This role manages the digital advertising efforts for our partners’ brands and Pattern-owned brands across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and several other platforms. This role works closely with the Brand Management team to build strategies and execution plans to generate incremental growth and to reach the broadest and most relevant audiences. The person in this role is responsible for supporting multiple senior stakeholders within the business as well as representing Pattern externally to our top clients. This is a full time role that works a hybrid schedule (three days in office each week) base in our beautiful Lehi, Utah office.

What is a day in the life of a Director of Digital Advertising?

  • Lead technology development by identifying key product enhancements and serve as the business lead in requirements development, design, and UAT efforts

  • Collaborate with partners or leadership to determine the goals of digital advertising projects and develop plans to meet them

  • Lead brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new digital advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements

  • Oversee brand relationships from a digital advertising perspective and lead all digital advertising performance presentations to partner executives

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related program

  • 5+ years experience in team building/development

  • 7+ years experience in the world of multichannel or online marketing, managing Paid Media campaigns

  • Strong all-around knowledge of the digital advertising mix with working knowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other ecommerce platforms

  • Ability to succinctly synthesize and deliver back marketing metrics, overall performance correlation, and comprehensive marketing strategies to reach partner objectives

  • Experience with top tier advertising/digital marketing technologies (Pacvue, Quartile, etc.)
