Job Description

Your role:

• Perform all standard secretarial tasks, including coordinating CFO’s schedule, making appointments and establishing agendas, arranging business travels, claiming travel expenses, coordinating department meetings and arranging use of facilities
• Arranging business travels and claiming travel expenses.
• Organize meetings, workshops and team activities for Greater China Finance team.
• Provides quality administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, receiving visitors.
• Set up and maintain files of documents and records, ensuring accurate and logical organization of files; control confidentiality of such files.
• Serve as a contact between CFO and employees, other stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualification Requirements

• Fluent English and Chinese verbal and written skills
• Proficient computer skills such as Excel and PPT
• Quick self-learner, proactive and detail oriented
• Good communication skill with all functions internally and externally
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Ability to work independently
