Our deep understanding of the immune system – and innovative pipeline – enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage daily S&OE execution: proactively forecast shortages and OOS issues 4 weeks ahead; apply short-term stock management to steer Stock in Trade and SIT performance.
  • Make critical fulfilment decisions: determine product allocation, backorder policies, batch eligibility for short shelf-life products, and OOS/shortage thresholds; communicate mitigation actions (delays, substitutions, quantity modifications) to stakeholders.
  • Monitor end-to-end fulfilment performance through analytics and reporting: prepare KPIs (S&OE, OTIF, RCA) and key monthly reports; identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management: support product recalls with the Quality Team, manage obsolescence and destructions, maintain audit records, and ensure all activities comply with wholesale licence and GDP standards.
  • Coordinate across internal and external partners: work with warehouse, 3PL, supply planning, commercial teams, and customers; attend key customer meetings; enable SC Customer Engagement communications.
  • Provide vaccine operational support (Flu, Yellow Fever, EMP forms); act as key point of contact for CEP upgrades; create and maintain Supply Chain SOPs and Work Instructions.
  • Collaborate with supply planning and SCBP to ensure sufficient local product supply; support month-end closing and sales objective execution.

About you

  • Demonstrable experience in Customer Fulfilment, supply chain operations, or related functions in biopharma, with proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SAP, CCM, and MS Office; ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of downstream biopharma processes, local trade environment, and wholesale/distribution operations; knowledge of GDP and quality management systems.
