About This Role

As a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Accounting Team you will be a vital member of the Corporate Accounting organization with the primary responsibility of overseeing the monthly closing processes for payroll and headcount related expenses, employee benefits, treasury-related transactions including cash, debt, and money markets, and various other accruals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and complete month-end closing processes for a broad range of day-to-day accounting activities within Corporate Accounting Team, including payroll and headcount related expenses, employee benefits, treasury-related transactions including cash, debt, and money markets, and various other accruals.

  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating plan and latest forecasts for relevant accounts;

  • Coordinate, prepare, review and maintain supporting work papers for quarterly and annual financial statement disclosures;

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to assist in the completion of quarterly reviews and annual audits;

  • Review current accounting and reporting processes to identify ways to improve and automate;

  • Ensure compliance of key accounting controls for Sarbanes Oxley purposes;

  • Research, document and communicate new GAAP and disclosure issues for relevant accounts;

  • Provide other general support to Corporate Accounting and others as required.

Who You Are:

You are an enthusiastic expert in accounting and financial processes, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You demonstrate a strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;

  • 2+ years of accounting and finance experience (will consider public accounting, private accounting background or a mixture of public and private accounting;

  • Knowledge and understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX compliance requirements; 

  • Experience with Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Blackline, and/or Business Objects preferred;

  • Above-average proficiency with Microsoft Excel;

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with senior management and across diverse groups;

  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and has ability to manage multiple initiatives at same time and work under tight timelines;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to see issues to resolution independently.

Additional information:

  • The base compensation range per year for this role is: 111000-148500 PLN gross.
  • This role is in hybrid job mode with eligibility for off-campus category.
  • Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
