This individual contributor role will positively impact the Building Construction Products (BCP) Attachments business. In this role, you will be responsible for preparation of the monthly financial results with analysis against prior periods and forecasts. You will also be expected to highlight opportunities for variable margin improvement and track the team’s period cost spend.

What You Will Do:

• On a monthly basis prepare and analyze the financial results for BCP Attachments business.
• Present financial results and analysis to leadership.
• Responsibility for building financial forecasts for Attachments business for Annual and Revised Business Plans.
• Ownership of PowerBi dashboards for BCP Attachments and Aftermarket results.

What You Have:

• Education/Experience: This position typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business-related degree
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.

Additional Details:

• Location:  Cary, NC
• Domestic relocation is available for those who qualify
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
• Travel expectation Less than 5%
