Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience where the intern will gain practical, real-world exposure while supporting day-to-day operations and project-based work.

The intern will work closely with experienced professionals, participate in meaningful assignments, and develop valuable skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role is ideal for students who are eager to learn, take initiative, and apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful learning opportunities while contributing to the success of the team.

*Must be authorized to work in the United States. The company will not sponsor work visas or other employment authorization (i.e., individuals on student visas are not eligible for an internship).

Payrate is based on completed number of years in college:
o Completed freshman year by start of internship: $20.00 per hour
o Completed sophomore year by start of internship: $21.00 per hour
o Completed junior year by start of internship: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities

PROJECT DETAILS:

• The CMO BU Pharma Intern will support the planning and promotion of marketing campaigns that highlight the BU Pharma Contract Manufacturing business.

• Working closely with the CMO Business Development and Marketing
  team, external graphic and artwork partners, the external media management team, and the external communications team,

• The intern will help develop engaging content for both internal and external channels, including the CMO website and social media platforms.

• These projects will focus on showcasing Fresenius Kabi
  Contract Manufacturing Services in the U.S.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field and possess strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for different audiences.

• They should be familiar with digital communication or content management tools, highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.

• Ideal candidates are creative, interested in producing engaging content such as articles, videos, and social media, and comfortable interacting with employees to gather information and translate insights into clear, compelling communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
• Pursuing a degree related to the position
• Be classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above
• Must be enrolled in school the semester following your internship
• Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship
