Job Description:

   

本ポジションは、HPE NetworkingのCommercial Account（約1,000社）を担当する営業チームのファーストラインマネージャーとして、担当エリア（関東・関西・東海）におけるビジネス成長をリードします。営業チーム（関東4名、西日本1名）のマネジメントを通じて、売上および収益目標の達成、顧客価値の最大化、ならびに組織戦略の実行に責任を持ちます。

また、マーケティングチームをはじめとする関連部門と連携し、Contact Acquisitionおよびパイプライン創出を推進します。

社内の担当SEチーム、およびHPE Networkingパートナーと密接に連携し、顧客に対する最適なソリューション提供を推進します。

主な職務内容

■ ビジネスマネジメント

• 担当エリアにおける営業戦略およびビジネスプランの策定・実行
• 売上・利益目標の達成に向けたリソース配分および営業活動の促新
• アカウントプランの策定・レビューおよび企業戦略との整合性確保
• パイプライン管理（案件創出・進捗・品質の可視化および改善）
• 重要案件における交渉支援および意思決定
• 競合分析に基づく戦略立案および差別化の推進
• マーケティングチームおよび関連部門と連携したContact　Acquisitionおよび新規パイプライン創出の推進

■ 営業チームのリーダーシップ

• 営業メンバー（5名）のパフォーマンス管理およびコーチング
• 個々の強みを活かした人材育成および組織力強化
• 営業プロセスの最適化および生産性向上の推進
• チームのモチベーション向上および成果創出のリード
• 変革環境における組織マネジメントおよび変革推進

■ 戦略営業および顧客対応

• 企業戦略に基づく戦略的営業計画の策定・実行
• Cレベルを含む顧客エグゼクティブとの関係構築
• コンサルティング型営業の推進およびチームへの指導
• 顧客課題・業界トレンドを踏まえたソリューション提案
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携による最適な提案実現

■ 組織連携

• 担当SEチームとの密接な連携による案件推進
• HPE Networkingパートナーとの協業強化およびエコシステム活用
• マーケティングチームとの連携によるリード創出および需要喚起活動の推進
• 社内関連部門との連携によるリソース最適化

応募要件

■ 必須要件

• ネットワーク業界における実務経験
• 営業マネジメント経験（ファーストラインマネージャーまたはそれ以上）
• 売上目標達成および営業成果創出の実績
• 優れたリーダーシップおよびチームマネジメント能力
• 戦略立案および実行力
