How You’ll Shine

As a Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the company’s vision to put the world on vacation. You will be responsible for the smooth day to day operation of the Front Office, including welcoming and registering owners and guests, providing information on local attractions, managing administrative tasks, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care.

You will also lead by example, building, developing, training, and motivating a high performing Front Office team. Your proactive leadership style will promote consistently high levels of customer service and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Front Office experience at a supervisory level such as Team Leader, Shift Supervisor, or Duty Manager

  • Approximately three years of experience in a hotel Front Office environment is desirable

  • Strong working knowledge of hotel property management systems, with Opera preferred

  • Events experience is highly regarded

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong active listening ability

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform well under pressure

  • Strong negotiation and problem solving capabilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems

  • Bookkeeping or finance experience is highly regarded

  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards

  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment both independently and as part of a team

Additional Role Details

  • Team Leader role with responsibilities aligned to Night Audit operations

  • Roster pattern of eight days on followed by six days off

  • Complimentary shuttle provided to and from work
