Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as IT, Systems & Safety Engineering, Electrical Architecture, Calibration, and Vehicle Performance.
Lead the creation and launch of Software Defined Vehicle components, adding value to processes, designs, methodologies, and business models.
Utilize business acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients with an analytical and outcome-driven approach.
Demonstrate strategic thinking to shape innovative, fact-based strategies and operating models.
Effectively communicate and present to share pitches with key stakeholders.
Foster team collaboration, motivation, and goal achievement among diverse teams.
Exhibit leadership qualities alongside strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills.
Preferred Experience
Proficiency in Embedded Software Design, including compliance and regulatory aspects.
Knowledge of vehicle E/E architecture standards and vehicle serial data communications/networks.
Experience in scenario cataloging and stakeholder/system requirement creation.
Understanding of the V model and toolchain across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience in AUTOSAR Cyber Security module configuration and integration, with additional certifications in automotive cybersecurity.
Project Management Experience in Active Safety and ADAS domains, including Functional Safety (FuSa) certification.
Familiarity with ADAS features at System Engineering & S/W Engineering levels, including Radar Features such as Blind Spot Warning (BSW) and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA).
Proficiency with source code management, open-source SW development, and contributor experience.
Familiarity with Edge, Cloud, IoT Technologies, Virtualization Technologies, and Containerization/Container Development.
Experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum Framework), Simulation Testing Solutions, and Engineering Methods & Tools.
Knowledge of Cloud-to-Vehicle (C2V) integration for OTA updates and data-driven functionalities.
Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay).
Experience in UI and HMI design for automotive infotainment (IVI) and control systems.
Application development experience for Android/QNX/Linux platforms and Embedded Linux development skills for automotive applications.
