JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role: Lead and guide digital transformation journeys of hundreds of O2O sellers cross country by identifying top Sellers to be transformed, training them and preparing them on how to sell on TikTok, Facebook, Grab, …and creating policy or benefit program to nurture pioneer Sellers grow their O2O capability, traffic/user base and revenue.

Main responsibilities:

  • Design and manage a journey of digital/omnichannel transformation with key initiatives for hundreds of Sellers nationwide who are experienced at offline business but might be new to online.
  • Identify top sellers from internal sales data and/or platforms’ data with the best sales uplift capability on Facebook, TikTok and Grab.
  • Create policy or benefit programs together with internal and external stakeholders to help sellers/retailers develop their O2O capability (e.g. livestream, video content,) towards increasing user base and revenue growth.
  • Listen to the challenges that sellers are facing, analyze, design + manage O2O seller journey.
  • Support Sellers to be familiar with tech tools, digital sales event calendar, product portfolio and policy and be a middleman to solve Sellers problems when they are stuck in transformation journey.
  • Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and expectations of engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal external stakeholders/partners to keep up to date with TikTok/Facebook’s features, policies, and latest developments.
  • Analyze and report weekly key seller issues to Management for continuous improvement of communications and seller user experience.
  • Perform Market Research and studies where relevant and required.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with Sellers to help them grow on different platforms.
  • Strong commercial, sales, business development sense to identify business opportunity to select and help Sellers grow and develop their digital capabilities.
  • Update rules, policies, and strength of TikTok shop, Facebook to help Sellers develop their business in short and middle terms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / marketing or Sales, Business development /project management. MBA is preferable
  • 2-3 years’ experience in consulting sellers on Shopee, Lazada or TikTok shop / change management / community development is preferable.
  • Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience is required and see this process end-to-end.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent editing and writing communications.
  • Good team player, eager to learn and able to work with tight deadlines, commercial sales performance pressure and flexible with time.
