Mudflap is in a critical phase of growth. We are building out a talented Revenue Operations team to ensure we maintain this trajectory for years to come. As a CRM Developer, you will be a key partner in taking our revenue operations to the next level. You will design, implement, and maintain scalable CRM architecture while developing customized solutions for our marketing, sales, and automation needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the HubSpot suite of tools and applications and a deep understanding of CRM architecture to enhance system performance and integrations.

Expectations (In this role, you will):

  • Design and implement scalable CRM architecture, ensuring best practices for data flow, system integration, and module management
  • Develop and customize CRM CMS templates, themes, and custom modules for websites, blogs, and landing pages
  • Manage and maintain CRM database architecture, ensuring efficient data management and integration with external systems
  • Optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation to streamline Marketing, Sales, and Success processes
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations between CRM and other platforms, such as Braze, Zapier, or internal business tools, and optimize APIs for seamless data exchange
  • Monitor CRM system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement necessary optimizations
  • Stay updated with our CRM’s evolving features, architecture updates, and best practices
  • Own cross-functional initiatives end to end; manage multiple stakeholders across Strategic Finance, Sales Leadership, Revenue Ops, and Growth Marketing
  • Maintain detailed documentation on backend-architecture

Experience (What we look for):

  • 3+ years in CRM development, preferably, Hubspot, including architecture design and implementation of related applications (Gong, Braze, telephony systems)
  • Strong understanding of CRM CMS architecture, modules, and data flow
  • Proficiency in HubL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and jQuery
  • Experience working with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
  • Experience in building CRM reports and dashboards, knowledge of how CRM applications integrate with each other, and ability to enable sales on CRM best practices and related tools
  • Knowledge of CRM architecture and data management best practices
  • Be a self-starter. You will take the initiative to own projects and can operate well with little guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent projects in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth environment

The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. This information reflects a base salary range for this position based on current market data, which may be subject to change as new market data becomes available. The candidate's skills, experience, and other relevant factors will determine the exact compensation. This position may also be eligible for additional incentives such as equity awards or short-term incentives.
