What You’ll Do:
- Preparing documents and materials necessary for the work of the department;
- Providing the department with the necessary office supplies, creating conditions conducive to the effective work of the department;
- Conducting relevant work on organizing business trips for department employees (registering department employees for participation in congresses and seminars, booking and purchasing air and railway tickets, organizing transfers, etc.);
- Preparing draft contracts, appendices and additional agreements for clients;
- Conducting relevant work with closing documents: checking documents, organizing their signing, sending invoices, certificates of completion, photo reports, and claims to clients;
- Working with the 1C program to enter new counterparties, create DGPR, PR, TAF, UDA;
- Processing reports, generating data from clients of the AS, DK for sales, and programs for the trade marketing department;
- Generating analytical data for the department.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a similar position;
- Ability to work with large volumes of information;
- Effective multitasking skills;
- Advanced user of Word, Excel, Power Point;
- English - Intermediate level;
- Responsibility, punctuality, focus on results, proactivity;
- Communication skills, analytical skills, literacy.
