Q2 is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist who is excited and eager to gain first-hand experience in all aspects of Marketing at an enterprise B2B company. Collaborating closely with Marketing Demand and Events teams, the ideal candidate for this role is adept at working independently and in group settings, helping design, create, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support marketing projects. The Marketing Operations Specialist will be able to contribute to optimization, troubleshooting, and supporting our marketing initiatives, focusing on campaign, event, and operational support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the planning and execution of customer focused marketing campaigns, programs, and initiatives.
  • Drive webinar program setup, support, and management.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for hosted and industry events.
  • Will be a contributor and owner to the optimization, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, and events.
  • Collaborate with fellow marketers, sales professionals, business analysts, and marketing leaders to ensure marketing execution meets desired outcomes and needs.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Support the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, webinar, and event planning/coordination.
  • Assist with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Perform other duties when needed

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Good technical skills, creativity, analytical abilities, and communication skills
  • Beginner knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and theories
  • Beginner knowledge in Salesforce, specifically campaign management and reporting
  • Must be an energetic self-starter who works well independently and in a team setting
