As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, creating meaningful resident connections, and showcasing everything AMLI Buckhead has to offer. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to apply your sales, marketing, and event-planning skills in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first impression – Welcome prospective residents, give engaging property tours, and highlight what makes AMLI Buckhead a premier place to live.
• Convert leads into leases – Follow up with prospects, provide information on availability, and utilize marketing strategies via phone, internet, and social media.
• Ensure a smooth leasing process – Accurately handle lease applications, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service – Assist residents with questions, requests, and concerns to create a best-in-class living experience.
• Engage with the local community – Maintain relationships with apartment locators, businesses, and partners to promote AMLI Buckhead.
• Plan & host resident events – Organize exciting community activities that enhance resident satisfaction and build a sense of community.
• Stay ahead of the competition – Regularly shop nearby properties to keep AMLI Buckhead competitive in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience – Leasing or real estate experience is a plus!
✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔️ Passion for delivering a five-star resident experience
✔️ Availability to work Saturdays (Sundays off!)
✔️ High school diploma/GED required; college education is a plus
