As in the department of Operations Intelligence (OI), our vision is to foster, promote, and develop the OMT Yield, Cost, Capacity enhancement & Labor Productivity with Automation Solution.

Engineers Manager / lead is responsible to lead a team and work in scheduling automation optimization, real-time manufacturing decision-support reporting and analysis, and line management analytics (output, cycle time, or cost). Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

• Safety: finishing company’s safety training, strict adherence to safety and environmental procedures, prompt reporting of safety concerns, and regular safety audits.
• Lead and Mentor: expected to lead projects and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge. Have ability to identify project requirements and plan effectively ensures that critical deadlines are met. Moreover, the commitment to delivering comprehensive metrics before and after operational intelligence (OI) enhancements demonstrates a dedication to transparency and continuous assessment of project impact.
• Advance Scheduling: Design and develop smart manufacturing and AI solutions in advanced factory scheduling, optimization and simulation that enable the achievement of industry leading manufacturing capability.
• Advance AMHS solution: drive improving AMHS operation efficiency and delivery times. Optimizes tool-to-tool delivery times and provides innovation delivery solution with proper metrics.
• Advanced Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis and complex designs algorithm. This involves not just applying existing algorithms, but creating new ones when necessary.
• Drive Innovation: An engineer lead should be at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies in operation intelligence.

Stakeholder Communication: By partnering with management to analyze data, develop applications, and improve production metrics, the organization ensures that it meets customer needs efficiently. The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, lead meetings, mentor others, and establish trusting relationships underscores the commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
