We are seeking a Chart of Accounts Deployment Manager to lead the implementation of GSK’s Chart of Accounts from Costa Rica. This critical financial framework is central to driving standardization and supporting global financial processes across the organization. You will work collaboratively with global and regional teams, technical experts, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the deployment of GSK’s Chart of Accounts, ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement the Chart of Accounts framework.
Provide training and support to local teams to ensure smooth adoption and understanding of the new framework.
Monitor deployment progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and supporting global financial processes.
Act as the primary liaison between regional teams, technical experts, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, including coordination across multiple time zones.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Process Owner, with expertise in Chart of Accounts frameworks and financial reporting standards.
Demonstrated success in financial systems implementation or process migration projects.
Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and other advanced financial tools.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Accounting certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred), along with knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile or Prince2. Flexibility to work across time zones is essential to support global collaboration.
