PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Supports Indirect & Reverse Logistics department in executing transactions. This is an individual contributor role where key 
functions include Support executing purchase orders, support helpdesk operations. Communicate with internal and external 
transactional and project-specific topics. Timely and accurate of processing of transactions, driving process improvements, issue 
resolution through effective communication are the primary requisite of the role.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Purchase Order Creation and Maintenance: 
o Creates and changes purchase orders based on a variety of processes. Prioritizes purchase order processing 
according to timing and action schedules.
o Knowledgeable in all purchase order procedures and departmental requirements. Understands and utilizes 
various purchase order options taking advantage of systems functionality. 
o Distributes purchase orders to suppliers. Receives supplier confirmations, records and retains per established 
guidelines.
• Helpdesk Support: Extend Level 2 support to store operations on queries related IRL operations directed from Store 
research center. Be liaison between Stores, Head Quarters & Vendors and ensure questions are addressed in a timely 
and accurate manner.
• Reporting: Generate reports to monitor inventory health
• Managing Operation: Ownership of daily deliverables across Pyramids, weekly recaps and meeting with Leader.
• Communication: Ensure timely and proactive communication with key stakeholders such as Inventory Analysts at Target 
India and Minneapolis. 
• Team Work: Demonstrate ability to work as a team and cultivate an inclusive environment. 
• Actively responds to workload volumes by managing responsibilities and re-prioritizing effectively.
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports to Inventory Manager. Works closely with Inventory Analyst teams and other teams as necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate freshers or with 0 to 2 year of work experience
• Proficiency in excel and good knowledge of other MS Office tools
• Approaches problems with curiosity and generates creative solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive environment.
