Senior Performance Manager

Your Role at dentsu: 

• Independently manage national and international clients in the field of Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Search (Google, Bing) 

• Set up, monitor, optimize and report on complex Performance Marketing campaigns along different funnel stages 

• Understand client needs and translate them into the world of Biddable Media 

• Develop Performance Marketing strategies and enhance client accounts 

• Monitor KPIs and budgets, analyze and present KPIs, reports, and insights 

• Conduct meetings, training sessions, and presentations (internal/external) 

Your Skills for dentsu: 

• 3+ years of relevant professional/agency experience in Paid Search Marketing; Programmatic experience is a plus 

• Expertise in Google and Bing incl. methodologies from forecasting to optimization and execution 

• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights 

• A proactive mindset with the confidence to think big and contribute ideas across different areas 

• Excellent English skills (written and spoken) are essential, German is an advantage  

• Strong presentation skills and professionalism in client interactions
