Job Description:

Position Summary

This position is responsible for the production of dedicated social contents for Douyin Store, including but not limited to Livestreaming, short video contents, KOL contents, etc.

Support Douyin store content strategy establishment, content cadence planning, content launch & optimization to maximize the sales conversion effectiveness. To collaborate with internal & external team, this position will need to ensure all relevant traffics can be effectively leveraged for driving to POI for sales conversion.

Regular review content relevant data, deliver report and optimize operation, and support account manager’s data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibility:

  • Drive the production of dedicated social contents to support DTC business by coordinating with DM/MKT and managing operator/agency to deliver short videos, in-studio live streaming, KOL posts and 3-4 seasonal campaigns.
  • Support DTC related social content clearance to ensure smooth process and timely delivery by collaborating internal & external to support DTC related social content clearance to ensure smooth process and timely delivery.
  • Drive regular content effectiveness data collection and analysis to support Douyin content performance optimization.

Key Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 5-8 years’ experience and 3 years relevant experience of digital social content development.  Douyin insider, Douyin Account manager from other companies, Account manager from creative Agencies with successful Douyin Content sales marketing experience is preferrable.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good sense of the content eco-system & strategy on Douyin platform, and capability in liaising with agency and 3rd party partners in content development.
  • Social content marketing experience, with capability of clearly debriefing agency/operators and quality control of their contents & offer creative ideas to partners.
  • Good language skills with fluent Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Window applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Creative mind and aesthetic judgment to ensure the content quality.
  • Occasional HK & China domestic business travel.
  • Ability to make complex decisions on Douyin content planning & strategy construction, including but not limited to livestreaming big idea, showroom decoration, KOL selection & content creation direction briefing & final delivery quality control.
