Product Pipeline

GSK is expanding its Specialty team and we are seeking a passionate Commercial Launch Lead to prepare and execute the launch of the new specialty respiratory pipeline.

You will be accountable for developing and executing the launch strategy & operational plans for the new specialty respiratory pipeline, working closely with the cross-functional team, spear-heading the launch excellence sequences. In addition, you will be the Commercial Lead (Brand Manager) for the existing Specialty Respiratory portfolio, accountable for the continued growth of the GSK Specialty products by leading the strategic and operational plans.

In this role you will…

  • Lead the development of the strategic and operational plan for existing and new specialty respiratory portfolio, including the patient and customer journey mapping
  • Execute launch activities through various channels (F2F and virtual) and lead ongoing National customer engagement activities (GSK standalone meetings, webinars, F2F-virtual hybrid meetings) and medical congress collaborations
  • Build compelling marketing campaigns and materials ensuring alignment with brand strategies, company policies, and local guidelines
  • Support in training Key Account Managers on brand-related topics by working closely with Medical, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled sales force
  • Track and evaluate lead/lag KPIs using market data, customer insights, market research and Sales insights to optimise strategies, activities and brand performance
  • Manage forecast assumptions and supply accuracy in collaboration with the Finance and Supply teams, offering valuable input to the financial planning and demand forecasting
  • Actively contribute to the successful execution of the A&P budget to deliver on growth and profit expectations

Why you? 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
  • At least 3-5 years of marketing experience as Brand Manager + sales experience as Key Account Manager (hospital account management)
  • Forecast and supply management experience
  • Good understanding of the Danish National & Regional healthcare systems, particularly secondary care, and the key influence points in these networks
  • Ability to lead and engage cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, Finance, Supply)
  • Proven track-record in delivering commercial excellence in customer communication & brand execution

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Knowledge to drive and optimise brand strategy
  • Successful track record of product launches
  • Experience of independently prioritising and leading projects end-to-end with local, Regional and Global teams
  • Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving approach 
  • Skilled in the creation, management and delivery of brand content
  • Fluent in Danish and English
